Knit denim production requires much less complicated process than woven denim fabric, therefore, it's more easier to produce. Knitted denim process is direct one step process in manufacturing of fabric from yarn, so that several fragmented processes, which must to follow in woven denim, are not necessary in knit denim process. Only at the conventional Rope Dyeing system a physical re-coning machine will be required instead of Re-beaming machine. It's much more efficient to produce.
